July 2019 Planning Meet-Up

After just over a year of activism we are ready for the next academic year. We met up in Chancellors Cafe for two hours on the Wednesday 10th July (yesterday!) to get our calendar full of inspiring events including speakers, art exhibitions, film screenings, workshops and mini-conferences.

We split into smaller groups and divided some of the tasks out and re-distributed responsibilities for various events.

There is so much to look forward to and we are getting ready to start with a bang inviting new members in Freshers week and making sure Black History Month is one full of activities working with Keele BAME Society and the Cultural Affairs Project

After working hard for a year to establish some real cultural changes on campus, with a long list of people to thank, we are ready to keep getting more people inspired at Keele and talking about marginalized issues. Watch This Space!

Our next meet up will be on August 7th in Chancellors Cafe again 10-12 pm and new members are still very welcome to join us to get in contact:
